Refund policy

DELIVERY

Each order under £50.00 is subject to a £3.95 postal delivery charge. 

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process and confirm dispatch of your order.  However, should you need us to act quicker please get in touch and we will do our best to help!

Orders typically arrive within a 2-3 working days from confirmation of dispatch.

If you order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at hello@dianaswardrobe.co,uk  & we will endeavour to track down your parcel asap!

All orders over £50.00 are entitled to free delivery.

All items will be sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery tracked mail and signature will likely be required upon delivery.

In-store pick up is completely FREE! 

If you are local to Maidenhead you can choose to collect orders in-store free of charge from etiher ORA in the town centre.  Just add your preference at checkout.  Please allow 2 working days.

RETURNS

You can return any products purchased on the Diana’s Wardrobe website by simply getting in contact via email or phone.

You can choose to return items in-store at ORA, or by post to Diana’s Wardrobe. Just get in touch and we will provide full details and the postal address to you.  We regret that refunds cannot be issued in-store, but we endeavour to refund within 3 days of receipt of goods.

We will kindly ask that you fill in a returns form to include your full contact details and stating the reason for return. 

Unless the goods are faulty, or have been sent in error, all requests for an exchange must be received within 14 days of your receipt of the goods.

Items must be returned unused in the original packaging and in re-sale condition.  

Please note that unless the item is faulty, we are unfortunately unable to refund postage.   

If you are using a postal service, we advise that you use a trackable delivery option and obtain proof of postage.

Regrettably we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on SALE items, except in the case of faulty products.

Should you wish to exchange goods this can be arranged by booking an appointment in-person in one of our stores.  Just contact us to arrange a face-to-face meeting and let us help you choose an alternative option or to help with any styling questions.
